Germany: activists turn mosque construction site into shrine for victims of islamic terrorism

A construction site for a mosque in Regensburg, Germany, was turned into a shrine for victims of islamic terrorism. Activists placed 26 white crosses on the site, bearing the names of victims of the terror attacks in Brussels on March 22 2016 (in total 32 people were killed in the attacks).

A spokesperson for a Turkish-Islamic group in Germany has decried this as “islamophobia”, which is not actually thing. And local police are investigating the matter, although one might wonder which laws were broken exactly.
