Note the episode description alone:
After a female pundit is assaulted during a protest, Benson and Barba struggle to put their political beliefs aside to help bring the attacker to justice
Not very subtly meant to cement into the casual viewer’s mind that it might just be OK for a right-wing woman to get assaulted / raped. Another step towards dehumanizing the right.
And as if it was not enough to suggest that detectives would have to do some soul searching before deciding to track down a predator because they are not very fond of his victim, apparently (I didn’t watch it, and I don’t intend to) their soul searching actually brings them to deciding this sexual assault is not worth their time.
The moral of this story is that right-wingers are wrongthinkers, and wrongthinkers deserve to be sexually assaulted.
The episode was written by Richard Sweren and Robert Brooks Cohen.
Today’s episode of Law and Order SVU is titled “Info Wars” and is about a female conservative journalist/pundit who is raped during a @ProudBoysUSA type protest by Antifa.

Ok… I just watched this. It’s definitely based on Ann Coulter and it is disgusting. They throw away the case and pretty much tell her to go fuck herself. I’m never watching this show again. https://t.co/NLmSu0o9Pk

And as if all of that was not enough, this is what the Law & Order SVU Twitter account retweets:
So Law & Order SVU made an episode depicting a conservative woman getting raped and this is what they retweeted.
