Gotta love those small-government Republicans. Mostly: gotta love that John Kasich is not president.
Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) signed into law a bill that requires students to be able to write legibly in cursive by the end of fifth grade. Kasich signed the measure on Wednesday, according to a local Fox station. Students in the state will now be required to write legibly in print by the end of third grade and in cursive by the end of fifth grade.
