Texas State University student government tries to ban Turning Point USA from campus

The Texas State University student government voted to ban the local Turning Point USA chapter from the campus. The student government does not actually have the authority to ban a student group, but it is an unmistakable signal, mostly of the intolerant, authoritarian tendencies of the student government body.

The resolution that was passed accused Turning Point USA of creating ‘hostile work and learning environments’ and ‘intimidation tactics’ – the latter being expertly turned around against the left by Turning Point chapter leader Stormi Rodriguez on Twitter.
