The perfectly worded philosophical KO of ‘anti-work’ socialism


One Avery Edison (trans comedian and seller-of-naked-pictures-for-ten-bucks) formulated the almost inevitable epitome of socialism:

Remember babes, there’s nothing moral about work, and you are have basic human rights to food, water, shelter, and health care (among other things) whether or not you work.

Enter @thinkimreal with the logical, but very effectively worded KO:

If you have a human right to healthcare and “there’s nothing moral about work”, then you are imposing a moral imperative on healthcare professionals to work—which is immoral—in order to uphold your human rights. Your worldview is deeply flawed.
